We communicate and update customers on the orders and work with true dedication to make the ordered glasses reach their destination on time in sparkling new condition. 1) Within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, we notify our production unit where industry professionals check your order details and mark the availability of your frames, lenses, and delivery time.

2) It normally takes 2-3 working days in production however it may take 3-4 days extra if the prescription is strong or a special kind of lenses are ordered i.e. High index, photochromic, bifocals/progressives, and tinted lenses.

3) After passing the manufacturing process, the orders are sent out from our production facilities in Pakistan and Thailand to our Shipment Facility in Canada. Then - we use Canadapost to deliver the new pair of eyeglasses to our customers.

An additional CAD 2 will be charged for adding an extra pair.

Our orders are initially shipped to the Drop-Shipment from our overseas production facilities. Then - we dispatch them via Canada Post once the shipment is received in the Canadian facility.
